K :3 – The Manifold Works of JESUS CHRIST
Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Eph 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,

The previous articles depict a few of the Ordained Work, Titles, Offices and Appellations of JESUS CHRIST. Gen 3:15 and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon waxed wroth with the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed, that keep the commandments of God, and hold the testimony of Jesus.
These two verses of the Bible speak of the Enmity (Hostility) between JESUS CHRIST and Satan (the devil/serpent), between Good and Evil and Emblematically between the World/the Flesh and the Kingdom of CHRIST/the Spirit. These are the Emblems of the >> Two Kingdoms and their Rulers. <<
There is a Spiritual War between the Two Kingdoms each vying for the Soul of Man. Satan, the Adversary of Man wants to destroy Mankind through his flesh and his weak nature, tempting him with Lies to sin against GOD as he did Adam and Eve. The devil seeks to destroy the Relationship between GOD and Man through Sin which results in Death. Sin, Iniquity and Eternal Death, its Consequence, are the Works of the devil. JESUS CHRIST (the Son of GOD) was Manifested to destroy the Works of the devil and to Overcome the World.
1Jn_3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
The only way we can Overcome the “Carnal Enmity” (of the World) against GOD is through Faith and Belief in GOD, Faith in the Name of JESUS CHRIST and Spiritual Birth (Born Again) through the HOLY SPIRIT/HOLY GHOST. Through Faith Believers can Overcome the World and have the Victory over Sin, Death and over the Adversary of Mankind – the devil.
Jas_4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
1Jn_5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
1Jn_5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Heb_11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

1Jn_5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Joh_16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
THE SAVING WORK (PURPOSES) OF JESUS CHRIST ON EARTH
Eph_3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
At the Acceptable time, Appointed by GOD, HE sent HIS SON to Earth, “made of a Woman” (made of the Seed of the Woman – Human) and “made under the Law” (Jewish by Birth/Bloodline and under the Tenets and Dictates of the Mosaic Law/Dispensation). JESUS CHRIST Fulfilled the Divine Cosmic Law of GOD and Abrogated the Mosaic Law and became the Perfect Sacrifice and Substitute for the Atonement of Sin for the People of GOD, Reconciling Believers to GOD.
Gal_4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
Eph 2:15 having abolished in the flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; that he might create in himself of the two one new man, so making peace;
Eph_2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby.
…DESTROY THE WORKS OF THE DEVIL
1Jn_3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
JESUS CHRIST became the new Spiritual Sovereign Head for Believers instead of Adam the Natural/Carnal head of Mankind who plunged the World into the Darkness of Sin because of his Sin of Unbelief. See >> “What is Sin?” << | >> “The Darkness of Sin – Unbelief” <<
JESUS CHRIST came to Earth “to destroy the works of the devil” which are the enemies of Mankind, the devil, Sin and the Curse of Sin – Death.
Heb_2:14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil:
1Co_15:54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
1Co_15:55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
1Co_15:56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
THE LAMB OF GOD
JESUS CHRIST, as the “Lamb of GOD”, “took away the Sin of the World”. HE “led Captivity Captive and gave Gifts >> (Spiritual Gifts) << to men (HIS People), JESUS CHRIST took Sin and its Consequences away from the World through HIS Saving Works, which included HIS Earthly Incarnation, HIS Cooperative Birth, HIS Obedient Ministry, HIS Faithful Death, HIS Glorious Resurrection and HIS Exalting Ascension. All of these “Works” were a part of the “Covenants of Atonement, Redemption and Grace” Covenanted through the Commune of the GODHEAD.
Joh_1:29 The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.
1Jn_5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
Eph_4:8 Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
Rev_12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

The previous articles in this segment depict the >> Rulers of the Two Emblematic Kingdoms << One is Ruled by Satan (the devil) who influences the Self/the Flesh with the Satanic Desires of the World which has Enmity against GOD. The other Kingdom is Ruled by JESUS CHRIST and the HOLY GHOST through the Spirit of GOD. These Two Kingdoms are on Earth and is comprised of >> The Two Divisions of Mankind << the Carnal (Flesh – Unbelievers) and the Spirit (Spiritual – Believers). In Genesis 3:15 GOD created a Separation and Enmity between the Seed of the Woman (JESUS CHRIST) and the seed of the serpent (Satan). This created two Kingdoms on Earth.
Gen 3:15 and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Believers are the Seed of the Woman who is JESUS CHRIST who Saves, Sanctifies and Edifies the Believer in the Kingdom of GOD/Heaven and the Seed of the serpent (the dragon, Satan, the devil) who Deceives and Defiles the Unbeliever in the Kingdom of Satan – the World) just as he did the first parents of Mankind. JESUS CHRIST spoke of Satan as having a Kingdom in Matthew 12:26.
Mat_12:26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?

Rev_12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
Rev_12:12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
The above Scriptures were noted to identify the dragon, Satan and the devil as the same Entity that is deceiving the whole World and establishing the Fact that Satan’s Kingdom is on the Earth. Revelation 12:12 refers to the “First Rebellion” which took part in Heaven when Lucifer, (Satan) and his angels were cast out of Heaven. JESUS CHRIST spoke of this “Event” stating that HE Witnessed it. As a part of HIS Works “accomplished” JESUS CHRIST is destroying the Works of the devil, (Iniquity, Sin & Death), destroying the devil and casting him out from the Earth.
Luk_10:18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Satan is also called the “prince of this world” and he will be judged and cast out when the World is judged.
The following Scripture dictates how the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT will affect Mankind in helping him to make Holy decisions. The Power of the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT is more than having a >> “Conscience” Part 1 <<| >> “Conscience” Part 2 << which does not possess Holiness but makes decisions based on the Rational or Logical Operation of Morality.
Joh 16:7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
- Joh 16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
- Joh 16:9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
- Joh 16:10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
- Joh 16:11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
Joh_12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
Joh_15:24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
Since the Incarnation, Ministry, Death, Resurrection and Ascension of JESUS CHRIST and the Advent of the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT, Mankind can no longer claim Ignorance or no help against the Adversary of Mankind (the devil) and against Sin. Through the HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT JESUS CHRIST has Destroyed the Works of the devil.

JESUS CHRIST came into the World to provide Salvation, to Save Mankind from the Wrath of the Law which has Determined Eternal Death to all Violators of GOD’S Law. The HOLY GHOST/SPIRIT is continuing another Facet of the Plan of Salvation. That is, he will so apply the Truths of GOD to the Minds of Men as to Convince them by Fair and Sufficient Arguments that they are potentially sinning, and cause them to feel this before they Think or Perform the Act of Sin.
