(Adam) Where Art Thou?

When GOD asked Adam for his whereabouts, it was not because HE was not Cognizant of his Location or what he had done. GOD in HIS Infinite Wisdom chose not to leave Mankind in Ignorance. It was HIS Will that Man be made Aware of his Position, of his State of Being; and to be Aware >> of his Losses <<due to the Corruption >> of the Sin << of Pride; >> of Unbelief and of Disobedience. << Mankind became Separated from GOD because of Sin. He was Naked, and without the >> Covenant << which he Broke in Disobedience. He was in the Carnal World of Sin and he was Lost. He was Existing without >> Faith << with a Carnal Nature in Subjection to his Flesh, no longer Cloaked with the >> Spirit of GOD, << It was no longer Possible for Adam to Please GOD because GOD is SPIRIT and can only be Worshiped in Spirit and in Truth. Mankind Felt himself Separated from GOD. He was Corrupted, Defiled and Discovered his act of Sin (Choosing to Obey the Ruler of this World) had made him the “Enemy” of GOD. Sin had Corrupted his Joy in the LORD.
Job 33:4 “The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life”
Joh_4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.?
Heb_11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

The Results of Sin is Death
Rom_7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death.
In the “Pride of his Free Will” Man had made a Fatal Error of Willful Disobedience and he was Realistically Afraid. He had Chosen to Believe the Serpent (Satan) instead of GOD, making him his Master and he, his Servant in the World which he had thrust into the Darkness of Sin. Man began to Live in a >> Kingdom that was Adverse to the Kingdom of GOD/Heaven << and Mankind was under Subjection to >> Satan as the god and Ruler of the World and under Subjection to Sin and Death <<
Gen 3:10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden: and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
2Co_4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Slave/Servant of Sin = Death
Rom_6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Man had Chosen to Obey the Emblematic Serpent (the devil – Satan); he became a Slave to Sin; he was a “Traitor to GOD and he began to know it”. He was in the World without the Covering Mercy, Grace and Power of GOD that had previously “Kept him” out of the Clutches of sin. His Nakedness made him Sport for every kind of sin, with Satan as the Constant Source of Accusation, making him Feel his Shame and Guilt without Rest.
Jas_1:15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
Rom_5:12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Rom_6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Covenants of Eden & Mt. Sinai – Obedience
After Man’s >> Sin of Disobedience << GOD Revealed to Adam & Eve (while still in the Garden of Eden) there would be a Messiah Born from the “Seed of the Woman” to Deliver Mankind from the Oppression of Slavery in Sin. The Messiah’s Kingdom would become Established on Earth after
>> The CHRIST Defeats and Destroys the devil and the Works of the devil (Satan) << including Sin and Death, the Last two Enemies of Mankind and CHRIST. GOD Put Enmity (a Deep rooted Hatred) between the Messiah and the Emblematic serpent – who was the Adversary – Satan – the devil. These >> Two Kingdoms << Became the Catalyst to the >> Two Divisions of Mankind << on Earth who are the >> Citizens or Subjects of these Two Kingdoms by their own Choice. <<
Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
As we have discussed, in several past articles throughout the >> Christology Series, << GOD made another Covenant with Mankind. It was with the >> Nation of Israel at Sinai. << But Israel continuously broke the >> Covenant C 3 << with GOD. GOD Chastised her, According to the Curses of the Covenant; Forgave her; HE Re-established HIS Covenant with her several times, but Israel sinned continuously breaking the Covenant. Israel, except for a Remnant, had become a Nation of Hypocrites; Corrupt; Vain; Full of Pride; Stiff-necked; Blind and Deaf to the Truth and Resistant to GOD. Motivated by Greed and Gain, they were Arrogant and Ruled by Avarice. They had Forgotten the Ways of GOD and Defiled HIS Law.

Corruption & Hyprocrisy

The Priests and Jewish Leaders were the Immediate Controllers of the Nation of Israel, especially after the Line of David the King had lost its Power and other Political Factions Ruled Israel. Herod, a Foreigner of the Idumean line, was set on the throne of Israel by Foreign Powers (Rome) and his sons gained the throne and Crown after his death. The Corruption of the Kingdom was as GOD had prophesied, through the Prophets. Judaism and The Priesthood had Degenerated beyond Recognition. By the time of the Appearance of JESUS CHRIST, it had become totally Degenerated and Depraved. GOD no longer accepted or approved the Sacrifices because the Heart of Man was completely Carnal. The Light in Israel had gone out Except for the “Remnant” who were waiting for the “Consolation of Israel”.
Jer_19:5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:

Israel’s Cup of Inquity Filled

GOD sent Prophets to Israel to Admonish them and as a Nation to Warn them of HIS Wrath of Destruction and Peril if they did not Repent and Comply to the Terms of the >> Covenant << which carried Curses for Disobedience as Well as Rewards for Obedience. Israel repeatedly killed the Prophets that were sent to them increasing their Iniquity and incurring more of GOD’S Wrath. They continued this Pattern for Generations and lastly, they Killed JESUS CHRIST, The Messiah who is also >> The WORD of GOD; << | >> The SON of GOD; <<| >> The Manifestation of GOD; << | >> the Embodiment of the GODHEAD<< and more. The Rejection and Crucifixion of CHRIST was the “Final Drop into Israel’s “Cup of Iniquity”.

Corruption of the Covenants of Works
Obedience to the Commandments of GOD and the Law of Moses was Mandatory according to the Covenant. When Israel broke her Covenant with GOD, through Constant Acts of Disobedience, she lost the important Benefits and Rewards including GOD’S Protection for her against other Nations; the Promised Land and its Bounty; Progeny; Peace; the Love of GOD and HIS Promises. Lev_18:24 Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you:
Lev_18:28 That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.
Lev_18:30 Therefore shall ye keep mine ordinance, that ye commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that ye defile not yourselves therein: I am the LORD your God.
But Israel Emulated the most Atrocious Acts they had learned from the Egyptians and from the inhabitants of the Countries around them including Sacrificing their children alive through the fire to the pagan god Moloch.
Jer_16:17 For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes.
Jer_16:18 And first I will recompense their iniquity and their sin double; because they have defiled my land, they have filled mine inheritance with the carcases of their detestable and abominable things.
Hos_9:7 The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred.
Israel Truly Grieved GOD
Jer 9:1 Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!
Jer 9:2 Oh that I had in the wilderness a lodging place of wayfaring men; that I might leave my people, and go from them! for they be all adulterers, an assembly of treacherous men.
Jer 9:3 And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD.
The Priests & Jewish Leaders
The Law of Moses and the Commandments were no longer kept except when individuals could Contrive a way to derive a Benefit or a Profit such as “Corban” which means the item is supposed to be Consecrated to GOD as a Gift or for Temple Use and could not be used for anything else (although it was often used as an excuse to keep the Resource or the Profit Generated by it), even at the expense of Parents, Widows and Orphans. Good deeds were done only to receive Accolades from the People or their Peers.
Mat 6:2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
Prayer – Communication With GOD
Prayer is the Ordained Way GOD Designed Communication between HIMSELF and HIS people. But Hypocrites conducted Prayers for the sake of Appearing Pious to other men, not to speak to GOD in Prayer as a Suppliant or to make a request of GOD or to Praise HIM. When they did anything Beneficial they made sure everyone knew about it. They did not present Service to GOD as Heart Service but as a sense of Self Righteousness and Pride.
Luk 18:10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
Luk_18:11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.
Luk 18:13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.
Luk 18:14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
Corruption of the Temple and The People
The Temple in Jerusalem was the House of Prayer but the Jewish Leaders had turned it into a Marketplace. When CHRIST Cleansed the Temple HE Prevented anyone to have animals and money Changers in the Sacred Areas of the Temple. Man Contrived ways to Gain Profit from the People by Selling the Animals and other goods for the Temple without “Contaminating” themselves with the World by using their own Coined Currency. When the Jewish people Interacted on a Pecuniary (Money) level with the Temple the Money Changers would Exchange the “World Currency” with Temple Currency and would often cheat the people by not Exchanging the True Equivalent Value. Money had become the Idol in the Temple.
Num_35:34 Defile not therefore the land which ye shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel.

Eze_7:22 My face will I turn also from them, and they shall pollute my secret place: for the robbers shall enter into it, and defile it.

The Tradition of Men
The Priests, Pharisees, Sadducees, Scribes and Jewish Leaders Paraded their Acts and Polluted Works before the people to impress them or to be seen by others as mere Hypocrisy. The Law of Moses was completely Corrupted and the Priests and Jewish Leaders had replaced the Commandments of God with the Tradition of Men. Holiness was replaced with Degeneracy. It became obvious in the Decay of Virtue; Morals; in the departure from the Law; in the Loss of Virtues and in the Desertion of all that was Holy. The People were without True Direction.
Jer 9:6 Thine habitation is in the midst of deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith the LORD.
Jer 9:7 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for how shall I do for the daughter of my people?
Jer 9:8 Their tongue is as an arrow shot out; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his neighbour with his mouth, but in heart he layeth his wait.
Jer 9:9 Shall I not visit them for these things? saith the LORD: shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
Mar 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
