2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
2Th 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Heb 4:11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
UNBELIEF causes one to suspect and doubt the Veracity of GOD’S WORD; HIS FAITHFULNESS; SINCERITY; and POWER to keep HIS PROMISES and HIS PENALTIES. UNBELIEF causes a person to question GOD’S TRUTHS, HIS AUTHENTICITY and LEGITIMACY as our GOD; CREATOR; BENEFACTOR, and FATHER. UNBELIEF rejects GOD’S REALITY, replacing it with another Reality created by the Self and is the final step before the overt act of DISOBEDIENCE.
UNBELIEF like doubt awaits an opportunity to carry out the SINS of REBELLION, DEFIANCE, and DISOBEDIENCE. It fosters all forms of INIQUITY, WICKEDNESS and EVIL. It also operates as a False sense of Reality for UNBELIEVERS allowing them to satiate their indulgence for SIN. These individuals are called Reprobates.
GOD sends Strong Delusion
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
As the Scripture above states, “GOD shall send them strong Delusion” – not to deceive them but to allow them to “hang themselves” so to speak. After a measure of time had been metered out, expended – and because, they would not receive Love of the Truth; (they rejected CHRIST as King; High Priest and Messiah); or the Truth of the Words of the Gospel that CHRIST taught (the Truth) and because they had pleasure in Evil, GOD permited strong Delusion to occupy their Minds; so that they Believed a Lie, a Delusion rather than the Truth; GOD no longer Spiritually Intervened since Unbelievers preferred False and erroneous Doctrines to the pure Truths of the Gospel of GOD/Heaven while they systematically and virulently reject the True Gospel. These are the Children of Disobedience mentioned earlier.
Children of Disobedience & Oppression
Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Satan, the devil and adversary of Mankind deceived Man with a Carnal Deception which Mankind credited with Authority; gave Assent; Faith and Belief, in his error in Judgment and in the Pride of Self-will, Man deviated from Singular Reality in Holiness, Righteousness and the Truth of GOD and entered into Iniquity, Unbelief and Disobedience.
He sinned and disobeyed GOD; his nature descended into Corruption, and he died a Spiritual Death, a prelude to the Second Death which will be Eternal Separation from GOD. Sin separated and alienated Mankind from GOD, who is a Spirit, who hates Sin and is Holy. When Mankind lost the benefit of GOD’S Holy influence they became a total Carnal being; Spiritless; Self-willed; evil; selfish; dead in sin; in bondage to sin; slaves or servant to the devil, the god of this World, which was plunged into Spiritual darkness; Corruption and Oppression. The devil (Satan) blinded and continues to blind Mankind’s Mind to the Error of Sin and through Delusion (False Reality) Unbelief; Deceit, Dissimulation, Ignorance; Self-Will, Disobedience, Rebellion and Presumption cause Mankind to deny Our FATHER in Heaven as our Creator and our GOD.
2Co 4:4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them
which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
Rom 6:16 Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness?
Grand Design of Separation
Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
The separation and enmity (deep rooted hatred) ordained in Genesis 3:15 between the serpent’s seed (those in Spiritual darkness) and the seed of the woman (those in Spiritual Light) was a Facet of the beginning of the Grand Design of Separation which emerged from GOD’S Divine Plan.
The Two Divisions of Mankind – the Children of GOD and the Children of Disobedience; the Two Kingdoms – the Spiritual Kingdom of GOD/Heaven, the Kingdom of Spiritual Light under the reign of CHRIST and the carnal Kingdom of the World, the Kingdom of Spiritual Darkness under the reign of Satan (the devil/serpent) emanated from the Grand Design after the descent of Mankind from the Spiritual Realm of Light into the Spiritual Darkness of the World.

Before his Sin (Iniquity, Pride and Rebellion), “the serpent” was an Angel in Heaven whose name was Lucifer. Satan was found guilty because Iniquity was found in him. His first victims were one third of the population of Angels that lived in Heaven. He convinced one third of the Angel population to join him in his rebellion against GOD. His Pride had grown from seeking Glory to his Desire to be God. He wanted the Worship that was due only to GOD.
Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
Isa 14:13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
Isa 14:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
Isa 14:15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Satan Cast out of Heaven
They failed in their rebellion and GOD cast them out of Heaven down to Earth. Satan, the devil is known by other names in the Bible from the beginning Book of Genesis, as the devil, the serpent; through to the last Book of Revelation as the great dragon to name but a few. His names, characteristics and attributes are synonymous with Adversary, iniquity; Sin; deceit/deceiver; destruction; murderer; thief/theft; deception, and death. Since his Exile, from Heaven, he has continued to gather numbers to his Kingdom especially after he stole the Rule of Earth from Mankind. His main weapon has been to attack the Human Mind with the same cause of his downfall, Self Will and Pride.
Eze 28:14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
Eze 28:15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
Rev 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
